Just before Christmas I hurt my brachiallis at work unloading a truck. By the end of the trailer it was quite the ache. I chalked it up to tendonitis as my job is physical anyways. I reported it.....kept hurting for like a week then decided to get it looked at. My chiro is treating it as a strained brachiallis and it's sore as fuck when I left certain ways. I can deadlift, hammer curl (wierd though considering it's the brach), curls and farmers. Exercises that hurt are certain types of product lifting at work, stones, pull ups, some rowing variations. I have no 'modified restrictions' but I have to be careful while I receive treatment.
Any suggestions on how to speed up or help the injury, rehab/prehab exercises and/or ways to deal with douchebag employers who assume I injured myself working out and are making a huge deal?

My only advice is to do very light high rep rehab excercises for the affected muscle ,massage and stretch it well ,warmup real good before training. It'll eventually get better ,might take a month or so.

Move your training log to the athlete section so your employer cannot view or use the content against you.
