9th Annual Fern's Gym Strongman Challenge 2010

Prize Structure: Total Purse $3,000. ($50/event//class; overall/class - $250, $150, $100)

Weight Classes: Light: up to 175lbs; Middle: 176-220lbs; Heavy: 221-265lbs; Super Heavy: 266lbs+.

Age: Open to participant 18 years of age or older

Waiver: All Participants MUST sign a waiver prior to beginning the competition.

Kidney Belt: All Participants MUST wear a kidney belt [support belt] for each event (provided if necessary).

Wrapping: Hand wrapping and wristbands will be allowed.

Point Structure: 6-5-4-3-2-1 breakdown for 6 top competitors in each class.

False Start: If a competitor has a false start, the time will be increased by 5 seconds.
*In the Farmer’s Walk, competitors must carry weights completely across the line. If weights are slid or tossed across the line, a penalty of 5 seconds will be added to the time.
**If there is only one competitor in a weight class, event prizes awarded only for successfully completed events and overall prize based on successful completions $100./3, $150./4 & $250./5.

JUDGES DECISIONS ARE FINAL.
WEIGH IN AT 10:00 AM. AT STRONGMAN EVENT. COMPETITION BEGINS AT 12:00 PM
IF TIED IN OVERALL SCORE, PARTICIPANTS WITH MOST WINS, PLACES HIGHER.
PARTICIPANTS MUST WEAR TANK TOP/SHIRT. BARE CHEST NOT ALLOWED.
