90 second time limit, 190lb steel log with 2" handles, clean & press for reps		 Farmers Walk

2- 200lb cylinders with 1 1/4" handles. 140' course.
 Truck and Boat Pull

2005 Dodge Ram (6000 lbs) and a 2005 G3 Fishing boat motor and trailer (4000 lbs), hand over hand with a 1 1/4" manilla rope, 50' course.		 Forward Hold

50 lb handle and chain held at shoulder height with arms straight out in front for time.		 Tire Flip

600lb loader tire, 60' course
