I have been gym training for over 20 years and was introduced to strongman by Hugo Girard. I currently live in Ottawa, Ontario and own a sports nutrition store called Sports Supplement Warehouse (www.supplementwarehouse.ca).

I believe that with proper training and nutrition anything is possible!
